Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Try it before you pay

Every new Nuriyah account starts with 14 days at full depth — one assessment and one continuity plan, with the full export, and no card. You can see exactly what the product does before you spend anything, and we would rather you did. When the 14 days end, everything you have built stays readable and still downloads in full; creating new work needs a plan.

2. Cancelling a subscription

• Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. No notice period, no email required, no retention call.
• You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not charge you again after you cancel.
• We do not refund the unused part of a period already started. See section 3 for the exceptions.

3. Refunds

First purchase — 14 days. If Nuriyah is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of your first paid subscription payment and we will refund it in full. No form to fill in, no reason required.

Renewals. Renewal payments are not automatically refundable, because you will have had the service for the period in question. We will tell you before an annual renewal so it is never a surprise. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly, contact us — we would rather sort it out than have you charge it back.

The $19 single-use purchase. Refundable in full while the credit is unused. Once you have used it to produce a comparison or a continuity plan, it has been delivered and cannot be refunded.

Something went wrong. If the service failed and we could not fix it, we will refund you fairly for the period affected. Tell us what happened.

4. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services.

Nuriyah is sold through Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record. Their Buyer Terms, which you accept when you pay, provide that the right of withdrawal is lost once transmission of the digital content begins — and because Nuriyah is available immediately on purchase, that is when you first use the paid service.

This does not affect your other statutory rights, and it does not affect our promise in section 3: within 14 days of your first paid subscription payment we refund you in full, no reason required. You have the same 14 days either way.

5. Download your work before you cancel

Thirty days after you cancel, everything on your account is deleted — your comparisons, your recommendations, your continuity plans and the figures behind them. We keep no copy and we cannot restore them.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, who handled the payment as merchant of record. Allow 5–10 working days for it to appear, depending on your bank.

7. How to ask

Email hello@nuriyah.app from the address on the account, and tell us what you would like refunded and why. We will reply within 3 working days.
